Thresh & Winnow Citrine Gin is a limited-release organic gin from Thresh & Winnow, the ultra-premium sub-brand launched in 2024 by Chicago's Koval Distillery. Citrine highlights yuzu, the fragrant citrus at the heart of Japanese cooking, alongside lemongrass and juniper, distilled from Koval's organic grain-to-bottle spirit and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof). The Gin Is In rated it 4.5 out of 5, describing a slightly confectionery nose of pecan shortbread and grapefruit rind, a palate of grapefruit and ginger followed by toasted biscotti and subtle fennel, and a long, warm finish with a distant glow of pine needles. The reviewer found spice leading in a Negroni and juniper and grapefruit shining in a G&T. Bright, refined and unusually complex for a citrus gin, it is a natural for a yuzu Gimlet or a Japanese-style highball.Buy Thresh & Winnow Citrine Small Batch Dry Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
